Answers from our engineers on selection, pricing, shipping, installation and customization.
The choice mainly follows your required output and project type. HZS60 (60 m³/h) suits medium construction works and precast yards; HZS90 (90 m³/h) fits medium commercial concrete supply; HZS120 (120 m³/h) and above are used for highways, bridges and large infrastructure. Tell us your daily volume, construction period and site conditions, and our engineers will recommend a configuration.
Stationary plants (HZS series) need a concrete foundation and suit long-term fixed sites with high output. Mobile plants (YHZS series) require no foundation, can be towed or containerized, and are assembled quickly — they suit projects with short duration or several work fronts.
Yes. JS and JDC series mixers can operate as the core mixing unit of an HZS batching plant, or work as standalone mixers with an aggregate batcher.
It depends on how many aggregate sizes your mix designs use. PLD series batchers are available with 2, 3 or 4 bins — for example PLD800 offers 2 or 3 bins, PLD1600 offers 2, 3 or 4 bins.
Price depends on the model, configuration (number of aggregate bins, cement silo capacity, control system level) and optional items. Send us your working conditions and we will issue a detailed quotation with the equipment list.
Payment terms are agreed contract by contract. Please contact us with your project details and we will confirm the terms available for your order.
Both. We can quote a complete batching plant (mixer, batcher, silos, screw conveyors and control system) or individual machines and spare parts.
Lead time differs between standard models and customized configurations. Please confirm with us for the current production schedule of the specific model you need.
We usually work on FOB or CIF terms, with full-container and LCL options. We prepare the documents required for export customs clearance and support you through import clearance at the destination port.
Most machines are designed to fit standard 20 ft or 40 ft containers. Oversized items such as cement silos are shipped in knock-down or bolted form to reduce freight cost.
Yes. We supply foundation drawings, installation manuals and video guides, plus remote technical support. On-site engineer service can be arranged when required — details are agreed per project.
Common wear parts — mixing blades, liners, shaft seals and screw conveyor flighting — are available for long-term supply.
Standard shipping documents: packing list, commercial invoice, product certificate and certificate of origin. If your country requires specific certification, tell us in advance and we will review the requirement.
Yes. We can build to the voltage and frequency used in your country — for example 380V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz or 440V/60Hz. Please specify this when ordering.
Yes. Configurations can be adapted for high temperature, high humidity, coastal corrosion or heavy dust conditions.
Standard shipping documents are provided with every shipment. If the destination country requires a specific certification, please tell us the requirement in advance and we will confirm what can be arranged.
